Physical Health.
This is the first strand of our well-being course and in many ways, physical health can be seen as the foundation of well-being. The human body is an immensely complicated organism where seemingly unrelated parts, or unrelated activities can play a direct role in our feeling of subjective well-being. This aspect of the course takes certain key elements of physical health such as diet, sleep, exercise, learning, stress management and resisting temptation and looks at their role in helping us to flourish and looks at how we might go about making the best use of our human resources.
Below are links to the physical health scheme of work, which explains the lesson plans and information sheets on different areas of physical health.
