Staff Well-being.

Every half term, we run a one day workshop for colleagues from all departments across the community in aspects of well-being.

The course covers:

  1. Resilience: thinking skills to help cope with challenge and overcome adversity.
  2. Character strengths work.
  3. Listening, giving feedback, receiving feedback and assertiveness.
  4. Mindfulness.

The next 2 calendared days are on the 28th of April and the 15th June. Please email IRM if you would like to attend. The day runs from 9am to 4pm.
