Three Wellingtonians and one OW have been selected to compete for Great Britain at this summer's World Championships in Beijing - Patrick Garratt, Harriette Johnson and Jo-Jo Blunt- could you join them?
From April, we'll be competing in triathlons of varying distances from a 200m swim, 15km bike and 5km run, all the way up to a 1500m swim, 40km bike and 10km run at the selection race for the World Triathlon Championships.
We'll also race in biathlons (swim 100m and run 1000m)
The Training - start as soon as you can to get fit for the season!

2.30-3.30pm Swimming Squad training

Saturday 1-2pm Swimming squad training
All of the sessions are optional (unless triathlon is your chosen sport, in which case, Tuesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon and Saturday swimming is compulsory) - we are really flexible and fit around your other commitments!
