Red Sea Trip Summer 2011
In August 2011 7 Pupils and 2 Staff spent a week on a liveaboard diving boat diving many varied sites around the Sinai peninsula in the Red Sea. Despite most of the group being inexperienced divers, they soon completed their qualifications and were diving deep coral walls, swimming through the holds of shipwrecks and undertaking some tricky dives in strong currents. The amount of fish we saw was staggering and there were some really nice encounters with turtles, eels, stingrays and a couple of Red Sea sharks. Everyone had a fantastic time recovering in the ever-present sunshine and we were treated to some fantastic meals and great games amongst the group. A real trip to remember for all concerned.
