Young Scientists experiencing life at Cambridge University

"Between 24th and 30th of July, James Chapman, Mike Dennison and Hugo Tilmouth stayed at Murray Edwards' College at Cambridge for the UK-Japan Young Scientist Workshop. In the respective departments of chemistry, soft physics and astronomy they experienced research at the forefront of scientific knowledge, working in mixed British and Japanese groups. This culminated in a presentation in front of students and invited guests. The experience was not only valuable academically but also culturally as they not only worked with but also lived alongside their Japanese counterparts."
