Master i/c Rackets: Mr Charles Oliphant-Callum     EMail   cmoc@wellingtoncollege.org.uk

Professional: Mr Ryan Tulley  rst@wellingtoncollege.org.uk

We are proud of our recently refurbished Rackets court, one of the best in the country. We have a full time professional in Ryan Tulley and rackets thrives, with our very best games players competing in this, the fastest of sports.

Rackets fixtures are take place in both the Michaelmas (autumn) and Lent (spring) terms, culminating in the *prestigious inter-school competitions* that are held at Queen's Club at the end of these terms. Singles at Christmas, and Doubles at Easter.

Last season (2010-11) Wellington won the Public Schools Doubles Championships for the first time in over 30 years. Nick Hopcroft won his second Foster Cup in his 3rd final. We are also pleased to see rackets becoming more popular with girls, and proud of Millie Pughe who won the first ever national U16 crown in 2011.

Old Wellingtonian Rackets is also of the highest order, with Tim Cockroft current *World Doubles Champion*, and James Coyne current holder of both British and US Open Doubles crowns.
