PRACTICAL

You need to choose 4 sports and will be awarded up to 25 marks in each. This forms 60% of your overall grade. For some sports it is possible to show certificates as an indicator of ability, for example RYA Level 1 gets 25/25 for sailing. Bring your certificates in to Mrs Grillo for photocopying. If you ski, make sure you get some video footage of you performing parallel turns and controlled stops.
