Dance at Wellington College

Dance at Wellington College is progressively flourishing in to a thriving and exciting department.

Whether you are studying GCSE, A Level Dance or just want to dance outside the curriculum there are numerous opportunities for you to delve into.

Wellington College Dance Shows

In December Wellington Students put on an incredible performance at the Wellington Dance Showcase, leaving the audience reeling with excitement and inspiration to become more in involved with Dance.

Each Year the Dance Department will be holding dance shows, welcoming friends, teachers, parents and family to come and enjoy the spectacular dance work and performances by students at Wellington College.

Wellington College Dance Academy

The Wellington Dance Academy is a new dance group established in September 2011. The group is tailored for Third and Forth Form students wishing to improve their performance and creative skills in dance. The Academy will also be involved in performances for the school and the community.

Wellington College Dance Company

Wellington Dance Company is for dancers of an advanced level in the 5th and 6th Form. The principle of the Company training is to tailor a programme that reflects the range and breadth of skills needed to go on to careers in the dance profession.
