Who can you contact and how in the houses?

There are certain times when contacting the HM of a house might not be the most appropriate or efficient way of getting the information that you require. The contact details of individuals should highlight who might be best to contact and when.

During the Working Day:

HM's all teach during a normal working day. If you wish to get a message to a pupil or a group of pupils, you will be better to contact the Housekeeper (until 10.30am) or the Matron (10.30 - 6pm). Their contact details are below:

In the evening:

Every week day tutors are on duty in houses from 7 - 10.30pm. If you wish to contact a pupil or get an urgent message to the individual in charge of the house in an evening, ringing the duty mobile (numbers given above) will be the most efficient way.

Pupil Reps and Prefects:

The 2011-2012 list of House prefects and representatives is given below. These are pupils who have specific responsibilities in house and you may wish to contact these individuals directly rather than the HM. If you feel it is a task that the HM should be aware of, do remember to copy them in to any correspondence.
