The College has a double sports hall so that two basketball matches can run simultaneously each equipped with electronic score boards. We regularly have matches at U14, U15, U16 and U19 level. We annually host a Senior interschool basketball tournament as a curtain raiser to the season and have recently hosted a similar tournament for local prep schools.

On the way to the final they beat Stowe, Charterhouse, Pangbourne and Winchester.

In a thrilling final and 15 -16 down Captain Gudjon Bodvarsson scored the winning basket with just 4 seconds on the clock.

The winners of the Interschool Basketball Competition 2011                

The coaching takes place during the michaelmas and lent terms by EBBA coaches who also have refereeing qualifications. The aim is to develop team play as well as individual ball handling skills. The bulk of the interschool matches taking place in the lent term.

The Guildford Heat junior academy also use the Colleges facilities and students from the college have in the past attended training sessions to develop their skills further.
